IT Support

**The Job**

The incumbent is responsible for installation, configuration and troubleshooting of computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, scanners, CCTV and servers. To provide operational support in all retail outlets and general administration offices. The incumbent also responsible for user support in internet access, to monitor and maintain computer systems and networks. The job requires constant learning and testing of new technology, able to advice on repair and replacing of equipment as necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Degree or Diploma in Information Technology and appropriate skills and experience in relation to the tasks above.
- Possess problem-solving skills in a technical, logical thought process.
- Good knowledge of networks and setting up and maintaining servers and security-access aspects.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines, to prioritize and a keen eye for detail.
- Reliability, rigour, team-spirit, service oriented and initiative in the execution of the assigned work.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kuching: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Computer networking: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (required)
