Asistant Manager

LOCATION : KAMPUNG GAJAH PERAK

SALARY : RM 1600 + RM 200 (ELAUN)
- Assist Grocery Manager in daily store operations in compliance with established procedures.
- Supervise multiple associates in grocery department.
- Assist in the overall coordination, direction and evaluation of departmental activities.
- Ensure all associates follow the company policies and laws.
- Recruit associates and provide training in their job duties.
- Assist in performance evaluation, promotions, appraisals, and release activities for employees.
- Resolve store problems and address employee issues.
- Collaborate with the grocery department to maintain the company standards and security measures.
- Optimize sales through prompt and excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with Grocery Manager in planning and delegating daily work assignments and schedules to associates.
- Order and stock merchandises according to company policies.
- Maintain shelf allotment and shelf tagging and ensure the products are placed in right place with appropriate labels.
- Dispose empty cartons and maintain the facility clean, safe and organized.
- Implement best practices to increase sales and profitability.

**Qualifications for Assistant Store Manager**
- A Diploma / Bachelor's degree depending on industry
- 1-3 years of proven and successful experience as a sales associate
- Previous experience in leadership or management roles
- Proven knowledge and expertise with the industry or products solid by the company
- Strong leadership skills with an ability to connect positively with Associate's in a professional manner
- Detail-oriented and focused on results, including a desire to ensure sales goals are either met or exceeded
- Basic skills with common computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite tools

Pay: From RM1,600.00 per month
