Minimum Requirements:

- Able to communicate in Malay and English (Mandarin is a Plus)
- 1 year experience in repairing smart devices (IOS, Android),
- SPM, Post-secondary education, eg STPM, A-level, diploma or equivalent
- Confident public speaker
- Valid Class B License

Key Responsibilities:

- Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions
- Setting up hardware and installing and configure relevant software and drivers
- Updating customer on their devices repair process
- Explaining to customer with a detailed description of what their issues might be
- Repairing/ learn how to repair new devices with ever changing new devices
- Handling cash and card transactions with customers
- Issuing receipt, refunds, changes or handling documents
- Opening and closing of the shop

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Early shift
- Holidays
- Rotational shift
- Weekend jobs

Supplemental pay types:

- Attendance bonus
- Commission pay

**Language**:

- Malay and English (Mandarin is a Plus) (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Class B License (preferred)

Ability to Commute:
