SYARAT KELAYAKAN:
- Terbuka kepada Warganegara Malaysia; lelaki atau wanita
- Kelulusan: Diploma / Ijazah Sarjana Muda di dalam bidang berkaitan; Pentadbiran Perniagaan/Pemasaran/Pengurusan/Komunikasi dan yang setara dengannya.
- Berpengalaman 2-5 tahun dalam industri berkaitan
- Boleh bekerja dalam pasukan, mempunyai motivasi yang tinggi & komunikasi yang baik
- Mahir dalam Digital Marketing, IT, Facebook Ads dan perisian Microsoft Office
- Mempunyai lesen memandu kelas D
SKOP PEKERJAAN:
- Merancang dan melaksanakan gerak kerja merekrut ejen baru
- Menjalankan pengambilan ejen baru
- Melaksanakan gerak kerja pemasaran online/offline bagi merekrut ejen
- Memberi bimbingan, latihan dan konsultasi kepada ejen bagi meningkatkan kemahiran dalam operasi perniagaan, pengurusan kewangan dan strategi dalam meningkatkan jualan
- Melayani sebarang pertanyaan dan aduan dari pelanggan
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM1,300.00 - RM1,500.00 per month
