Responsibilities:

- Administer the day-to-day accounts payable function and maintain appropriate records (including prepare payment voucher)
- Perform payments to vendors and suppliers upon stringent verification on all invoices
- Process staff expense claims and ensure the claims are properly authorized.
- Familiarize with policies regarding payment, reimbursements and other work-related matters.
- Creditor database maintenance & control.
- Posting of accounts payable transactions/records in accounting system using journal import file.
- Reconciliation of accounts payable to vendor’s statement of accounts.
- Bank Reconciliation for month end closing.
- Prepare credit card reports and data entry of credit card expenses into accounting system.
- Clear incoming receipts with related AR invoices
- To assist Accounts Executive in maintaining proper filing of capital expenditure invoices to substantiate fixed asset listing.
- Any other ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned.

**Requirement**:

- Minimum 2 years’ work experience in Account Payable role
- Well organized, meticulous, detailed oriented and able to work independently
- Good interpersonal and communication skill, willing to learn new skills & responsibilities
- A good team player
- Computer literate, knowledge in Oracle NetSuite and Microsoft office is advantageous

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
