We are looking for LRC Supervisor that possess high level of knowledge in Unreal pipeline in TV Series production, combined with strong creative and visual instincts. This position is a supervisory level will report directly to the Head of Production or Producer.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Resposible to develop & execute the lighting design for each episode to achieve the visual style, mood, and technical requirements of the animation series.
- Create lighting setups and render settings using 3D software to achieve the desired look and feel of each scene.
- Produce and benchmark passes of shaders & create mastershots, light setup, post-production workflow and other FX requirement for projects.
- Proposed and optimize both development and production workflows for creation of CGI assets, shaders, lighting and post-production details.
- Work closely with the modeling and texturing teams to ensure that the lighting complements the overall aesthetics of the characters, environments, and props.
- Provide guidance and artistic direction to the LRC artists to achieve the desired lighting effects and maintain the visual continuity of the series.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any lighting-related issues, such as artifacts, flickering, or excessive render times, by analyzing render logs and working with the technical team. Partner with all departments and support production requirements for real-time workflow in Maya and UE environment.
- Assist artists and post-production team in tool development, and in researching & testing new methods in both traditional Maya & UE real-time pipelines.
- Maintain the quality, overall look, color balance, and quality for assigned shots and sequences to create uniformity in all finished work.

**Requirements**:

- 6+ years or extensive experience working with Unreal Engine
- Advance experience in Maya
- Strong artistic skills combined with knowledge in post-production / lighting for CGI production in Unreal environment for TV Series production.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for quality control, ensuring that lighting inconsistencies or errors are identified and addressed.
- Shaders: in-depth knowledge of real-time shader implementations, limitations of shaders & workarounds
- Experience in After Effects, Nuke and rendering with V-Ray or Mental-Ray
- Highly skilled with a variety of shading styles
- Ability to drive the visual of characters, sets, locations and environments working closely with the art team.
- Overall artistic eye with a deep understanding of traditional principles such as surface properties, color harmony, and value balance.
- Proven leadership skill in a teamwork environment
