Quantity Surveyor Cum. P.a

To evaluate and prepare progress claims. - Good understanding of Estimation, Billing, Quantity taking off & expert in drawings (CAD/Sketch Up/Other 3D software). - Able to work on site construction. - Attend site meetings, on-site BQ verifications and quality checks. - Able to assist in Director daily task. - To assist the Director with schedules / appointment / meeting. - To assist the Director on travel requirement. - To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the immediate superior / Manager. - Plan and arrange site valuation with relevant consultant and contractor.
- Possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Engineering or of Quantity Surveying / Building Construction or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in property development / construction industry.
- Possess D license and can drive.
- Able to work outstation.
