Responsible to assist the Group Finance Manager (GFM) in the overall Group Finance & Credit activities (Collection, cash flow management, payment request / AP, banking (LC/BA) and billing) and any other companies assigned to you. Keep accurate reports for all daily transactions. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports. Verify staff claims and suppliers' invoices. Maintain proper filing of accounting documents for book keeping. To be responsible in recording, checking and updating of statement and debtors listing. To be responsible in chasing payment for all debtors listing. To be responsible in issuing and posting of Credit Note and Debit Note. Possessed Diploma or Degree in Finance or Accounting. Minimum experienced in related industry is 3 years.
