**Job responsibilities**:
1) Perform full spectrum of purchasing and admin functions including
- Coordination between customers and suppliers,
- Issue Purchase Order, Sales Order / Quotation,
- Issue import L/C,
- Monitor the shipping schedule and prepare shipping document,
- Liaise with freight forwarded and transport providers.
- Key in all the transactions into ERP system
3) Other admin duties as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in similar capacity.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate with Mandarin-speaking business partners is a plus point.
- Positive attitude and willing to learn.
- Willing to be based in Gelang Patah / Iskandar Puteri.
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
**Benefits**:
