**Job Description**:

- TUTOR DIPERLUKAN SEGERA (PARTTIME)
KELAS MEMBACA ONLINE WHIZTOTS

BOLEH BEKERJA DARI MANA-MANA LOKASI DI MALAYSIA (REMOTE)
GANJARAN BASIC RM350 + KPI RM100 SEBULAN
- Kami mencari individu komited dan bertanggungjawab yang mampu membantu menguruskan perkembangan pelajar.
TUGAS DAN TANGGUNGJAWAB:
1. Merancang pelaksanaan kelas mengikut program dan panduan rancangan mengajar yang diberikan.
2. Menyediakan bahan bantu mengajar yang bersesuaian dengan topik hendak diajar.
3. Melaksanakan sesi pengajaran dan pembelajaran mengikut jadual yang ditetapkan.
4. Membuat laporan sesi pengajaran dan pembelajaran yang telah dilaksanakan.
5. Mengemaskini fail peribadi pelajar.
6. Menghadiri kursus/ kelas/ seminar/ latihan peningkatan kendiri yang ditetapkan oleh syarikat
7. Berinteraksi dan memberi respon kepada pertanyaan ibu bapa dalam grup WhatsApp kelas bertanggungjawab.
8. Menjalankan tugas-tugas lain yang dianggap perlu dalam memberi sumbangan kepada kejayaan syarikat.
HARI DAN WAKTU BEKERJA:
Isnin hingga Jumaat (8pm - 10pm)
Sesi briefing mingguan dijalankan setiap hari Isnin (Bermula 10pm)
IMBUHAN:

- latihan berterusan diberikan
- Bonus Performance (tahunan)

KPI:
1. Mengajar minimum 10 pelajar dalam sebulan
2. Setiap pelajar diajar 8 - 12 sesi setiap bulan (mengikut pakej diambil)
3. Menghantar laporan perkembangan pelajar sebelum 3hb bulan berikutnya
4. Mematuhi jadual waktu yang ditetapkan
5. Menghadiri sesi briefing setiap Isnin (10pm)
Interview akan dijalankan melalui Zoom.
