Purchase Officer

**Responsibilities**:
Vendor Management: Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
Purchasing Process: Oversee the entire purchasing process, from requisition to delivery, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels to meet demand while minimizing excess or obsolete stock.
Cost Analysis: Analyze pricing, market trends, and supplier capabilities to make informed purchasing decisions.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and pricing agreements.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to understand their needs and ensure timely supply of required goods and services.
Quality Control: Ensure purchased items meet quality standards and specifications.
Skills and Qualifications:
Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate favorable terms and prices with vendors.
Analytical Thinking: Capability to analyze market trends, pricing, and supplier performance.
Organizational Skills: Efficiently manage multiple tasks and prioritize assignments.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with vendors and internal stakeholders.
Attention to Detail: Accurately assess contract terms, specifications, and pricing details.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with procurement software, MS Excel, and other relevant tools.
Supply Chain Knowledge: Understanding of supply chain processes and logistics.

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
