Account Payables
- Administer the account payable function and maintain appropriate records
- Prepare cheque and issue payment voucher to supplier & etc
- Assist on process staff expenses claim
Account Receivables
- Administer the account receivable function and maintain appropriate records
- Assist with pursuing overdue debtor
Expenses claims
- Process staff expenses claim
- Ensure the claims are properly authorized
Preparation of monthly financial reports
- Assist on reconcile bank statements
- Assist on preparation and post monthly journals
- Assist in the preparation of Management report as required
- Distribute relevant report to staff and management
- The job function listed is not exhaustive and shall also include any responsibilities as assigned by the Superior from time to time
**Job Requirement**
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in Accounting in the Retailer industry.
- Required Languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Well versed in Microsoft Words, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Accounting Software.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel
- Computer literate and knowledge in using Navision Accounting System is an added advantage.
- Able to work within time constraints and autonomously to meet deadlines without compromising on quality and accuracy.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Shah Alam, Selangor
- Able to start work immediately.
**Salary**: From RM2,000.00 per month
