Responsibilities:
- *Account posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded and up to date.
*Assist to handle all accounting, clerical and administrative functions of Finance department.
*maintaining accounts, receivables, or payable.
*perform data-entry, documentation, printing & filing duties.
*Familiar with Monitor G5 system is highly preferable, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft word.
*Manage sales and cash reconciliation in ensuring bookkeeping is up to date day to day.
*ISO / LMW knowledge are more advantage.
*other ad-hoc task as assigned.
Requirement:
- *At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
*immediate starter is highly preferable.
- Able to converse in mandarin will be advantages
*Self-motivated and able to work independently under minimum supervision
*Attractive Salary.
*Attractive monthly Allowance RM250 with term and conditions.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
