**Key Accountabilities/Duties**:

- Handle account receivable/payable related functions
- Ensure daily accounts function and datelines are met
- Ensure proper filing of accounts documentation and supporting documents.
- Handle accounting data entry, matching of accounting documents, and other day-to-day operations of accounting functions
- Take responsibility for general administrative duties
- Ensure all accounting records and documents are properly filed, labeled, and kept for future references.
- Assist Account Manager/Financial Controller in any financial-related and accounting administrative matters.
- Prepare invoice and all supporting documents required
- Any ad hoc tasks assigned by superior.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Accounting or other related fields
- 1 to 2 years’ relevant experience is an added advantage
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong spreadsheet skills (Excel essential) and good knowledge of Word and Accounting Software
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable in working styles
- Organised, detailed and deadline-oriented
- Pro-active manner, willing to offer new suggestions and share knowledge
- Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
- Ability and willingness to take on duties outside of job specification
- Ability to work under pressure
- Able to work both in a team environment and independently
