A rapidly growing MNC manufacturing in Kulim is looking for an Internal Auditor to be part of their team. You will be a key part of helping the business to responsible for implementing, directing, and overseeing the internal auditing and compliance programs.

**Main responsibilities of the Internal Auditor role**
- Develop, coordinate, and execute the internal controls framework, encompassing the creation of an internal control manual and plan.
- Lead and oversee audits and continuous assessments of organizational controls, operational protocols, and adherence to policies and regulations, identifying areas of potential risk and reportable matters.

**Key requirements**
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- At least 5 years of hands-on Internal audit experience in manufacturing company & independent problem-solving, project management, and analysis experience in the finance, accounting, or auditing areas.
- Strong communication, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Must be attentive to detail and have the ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
