**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**

*Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.

*Enhance value for money and minimise overall costs.

*Monitor the projects deeply in all manner like costing & manhours from the initial stages right through to completion perform as a key function.

*Good understanding of the construction industry as well as knowledge of the Health and Safety.

*Conducting feasibility studies in order to estimate costs associated with materials, time and labor.

*Preparing, negotiating and analyzing costs for tenders and contracts.

*Prepare and submit the Progress Claim with relevant supporting documents in a proper manner.

*Good financial and numeracy management skills.

*Excellent communication and negotiating skills.

*Assist in establishing a client's requirements and undertake feasibility studies.

*Knowledge about to prepare the reports on costs and prepare accounts for payments individual manner.
