**Job Title**:
Admin Clerk

**Reports To**:
Head of Northern Region

**Role Purpose**:
To support Admin functions with KLIA HQ on the recruitment, training and administrations matters to meet company objectives

**Key Accountability**:

- Responsible for recruitment and termination process as instructed by HQ
- To action and file all letters and documents after clearance by superior.
- To process security passes for vendor, trainer, and any other visitor’s matter.
- To control and maintain office stationery
- To be the PIC for all ISO related issues and to ensure operations process is complied with QHSE assessment standards OHSAS

**Qualification & Experience**:

- SPM with Knowledge on the logistics activity and related process and with 1 year experience in Admin

**Skills & Knowledge**:

- Good in communication skill
- Able to read and write in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Basic knowledge in HR and Admin

**Key Challenges**:

- Communication with drivers due their rotation shift
