Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company’s plans and vision and communicate them to subordinates.
- Schedule all activities for restaurant staff according to guidelines and always ensure proper uniform of staff and provide assist to all guest and administer all requirements for meals.
- Monitor resources, ensuring the tools are available to deliver services that meet and exceed guest expectations.
- Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks.
- Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
- Receive complaints and resolve problems.
- Respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally.
- Maintain timekeeping and personnel records.
- Pass on information from upper management to employees and vice versa.
- Prepare and submit performance reports.
- Suggest on reward and promotion based on performance.
- Recommend hiring and train new employees.
- Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises.
- Look for ways to cut waste and decrease operational costs.
- Oversee all work in shift and restock all supplies at end of shift and perform regular inspections on all equipment’s and recommend required repairs.
- Any related task given by superior.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,100.00 per month
