Bookkeeping and Data Entry: Assist in maintaining accurate financial records by entering data into the company's accounting system. Input invoices, receipts, and other financial transactions into the appropriate databases. Review and reconcile data to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies. Clerical Support: Organize and file financial documents, invoices, and receipts for easy retrieval. Prepare and distribute financial reports, summaries, and statements as required. Maintain organized and efficient filing systems both physically and digitally. Administrative Assistance: Provide administrative support to account assistants and sales administrators as needed. Assist in preparing and formatting documents, spreadsheets, and presentations for meetings and reports. Data Verification and Analysis: Cross-check and verify data accuracy between various financial documents and systems. Assist in performing basic financial analysis and calculations under the guidance of senior team members. Communication and Coordination: Collaborate effectively with the finance team, account assistants, and sales administrators to ensure smooth operations. Communicate professionally with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders regarding financial matters. Ad-hoc Tasks: Assist in special finance-related projects and initiatives as assigned by supervisors. Provide support during audits and financial assessments.
