* See patients and perform individualized assessments to identify patient’s dietary requirements.
- Formulate nutritional interventions including dietary plans, oral nutrition support or enteral feeding regime for patients
- Educate patients and family regarding their nutrition requirements and plans.
- Maintain good clinical records and documentation.
- Analyse meal plans and provide advice on food choices and preparation methods
- Evidence-based practice
- Able to travel between Penang and Nibong Tebal
- Able to work well with a multidisciplinary team
- Passionate about diet therapy and patient empowerment through patient education

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:

- Dietitian: 1 year (preferred)
