Responsible for daily activities of the warehouse
- Monitoring and ensure arrangement of system inbound and outbound
- Using inventory management software or systems to track goods.
- Ensure Stock Accuracy to be 100%
- Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
- Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
- Ensuring cleanliness, tidiness, safety of work environment and security of the warehouse
- Loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
- Accepting delivery of inventory.
- Counting and confirming inventory.
- Marking and labelling stock.
- Review 3rd party transport service quality and appoint transport service
- Ensure proper import document for K1 Form
- Handling returns, damaged items, and performing quality checks.
- Coordinating between warehouse and related department
- To undertake ad-hoc assignments or duties assigned by superior when required

**Job Requirement**:

- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field
- An appropriate supervisory or warehousing qualification would be advantageous.
- Good command of English & Malay (spoken and written).
- Good Interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office Applications, especially Word and Excel

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
