**Responsibility**:

- Project initiation activities and preparation of the Project Execution Plan for the Project(s)
- Develop a communication plan to ensure key stakeholders are updated consistently and within expectations.
- Provide periodic and timely status progress updates on the project.
- Planning and driving successful handover activities from project to support team to ensure on-time project closure.
- Support SAP Systems for access management, risk analysis (SoD Conflict), role management and emergency access functionality.
- Support Various Project such as Design of SAP security roles to meet business requirements.
- Support end-user Acceptance Testing/Integration testing.
- Undertake analysis work to identify root cause with ability to discuss and brainstorm with other team members and stakeholders and escalating findings to the right stakeholders. To be responsible to assist in reducing re-occurring issues/incidents.
- Able to take on a Team Lead role when required and guide the team on a day-to-day basis
- Take on role as Workflow Expert in the team and coaching/guiding other team members. Where necessary, to conduct training to assist in speeding up knowledge transition for team members.
- Able to and prepare all necessary reporting and documentation for SLA Governance and Statuses.
- Drive and embed any Continuous Improvement initiatives on top of existing workload to further improve current processes within the organization.
- Experienced with Ticketing Service such as ServiceNow, Jira.
- System Admin for BW/ERP/Fiori, to attend technical and authorization issues.

**Requirement**:

- Preferably 1 year of working experience in related field.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
