Telemarketing Representative

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and other sources.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- SPM or equivalent, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both Mandarin and English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:

- TeleMarketing: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)

Expected Start Date: 06/24/2024
