**QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS**:

- Have a Diploma, SPMV, Certificate in Electrical or related qualification.
- Priority those have experience in building facility maintenances.
- Good interpersonal skill and able to work as a team.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated and able to work on responsibility base rather than job base attitude.
- Able to work under mínimal supervision, have drive and deep interest in work.
- Those without work experience, willing to learn and not just work smart but also work hard are welcome to apply.
- Range salaries are based on certification and work experience.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Carry out scheduled maintenance works whether daily, weekly, monthly, yearly and so on according to the schedule provided for electrical equipment and installations.
- Identify the causes of damage problems and repair electrical installation damage according to the time that has been set (Response & Rectification Time) and report to the Electrical Supervisor.
- Prepare daily reports on the condition of electrical equipment and installations to be reported to the Electrical Supervisor.
- Assist your Leader in making, evaluating, supervising the work of procurement, testing and commissioning of the installation of new tools as well as the disposal of the necessary tools.
- Responsible for maintaining, updating spare parts, tools and disposable items that need to be ordered so that the stock of spare parts, disposable items and maintenance tools is always sufficient and works well.
- Solving all problems such as complaints, requests, comments, criticisms and dissatisfaction from customers.
- Assist your Leader to update all equipment and Facility asset information into the Property Management Technique Ray Information System and ensure that all records and documents are kept properly as stated in the Company's procedures.
- Helping and getting involved in the Quality Management System (QMS), Total Quality Management Program (TQM) as well as helping the Company in implementing the ISO system.
- Appreciate, practice and implement all the regulations of the Safety and Health Act as well as any Malaysian legal requirements while in the Company's and customer's area.
- You must also be ready to perform "Multitasking" tasks, where you are directed to carry out related maintenance tasks (not limited to the electrical field only).
- Help other departments if services are needed.
- Always follow the instructions given by the Project Leader.
- Be prepared to be called to work outside working hours 'on-call basis'.
- Comply with company and customer company policies/procedures without fail.
- You are responsible for ensuring that all your decisions and actions are in line with the company's corporate values and vision.
- You must be ready to accept and succeed in any other assignment given by the management from time to time.

**Salary**: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
