Requirement:
- Diploma/Degree in IT or related discipline.
- Willing to learn.
- Have basic understanding on the IT part & infrastructure.
Responsibility:
- Resolve support tickets in a fast and professional manner
- Keep support requester updated on the progress of resolving their support ticket
- Log any bugs or feature request in helpdesk system
- Responsible for managing backups and tape rotation and data center day to day administration
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues
- Providing desktop and server support
- Setting up and configuring new laptops and desktops including supports.
- Reporting faults and maintaining logs on servers, desktops and laptops
- Ensuring all logs for equipment and users are maintained
- Ensuring licensing for all software purchased is recorded and maintained
- Setting up new users and disabling expired accounts in accordance with HR requirements
Working hour:
- Sunday to Thursday : 8.30 am - 5.00 pm
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,700.00 per month

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
