'¢ Hands-on experience on performing DNA-based test, e.g DNA extraction, PCR, qPCR, LAMP etc. is a must '¢ Practical knowledge of basic microbiological handling techniques is highly preferred; '¢ Experience in a production environment is desirable but can trained on the job '¢ Aseptic techniques to avoid potential for contamination are a must '¢ Good time management skills are a must, in order to keep up with the pace of a busy production environment '¢ Proven ability to work efficiently without close supervision '¢ Act with integrity at all times and maintain a high standard of work '¢ Willing to learn and have a 'œcan-do attitude'
- '¢ Able to follow instructions, either verbally directed or from scientific resources and SOPs '¢ Able to take initiative, and work in a fair and responsible way '¢ Can communicate clearly and effectively across multiple teams '¢ Reliable and flexible, with the ability to work on weekends
