**Job description**
- Ensure the upkeep of desktop operating systems and laptops, handling updates and basic software installations.
- Monitor and maintain server hardware and software to ensure optimal performance. Maintain user accounts on cashier systems like POS, ensuring secure and efficient user access.
- Support and maintain POS systems/hardware in HQ / outlets.
- Provision, install, and configure system hardware and software, ensuring systems are optimized and up to date.
- Provide first-level technical support for outlets and HQ offices, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Collaborate with teams to support, monitor CCTV records, cashier systems, and other tools.
- Any other task assigned by Management as and when needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Certificate or Diploma in Computer Science/IT or in a related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience is preferred, fresh graduates with a strong aptitude for IT are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient knowledge of IT systems, programming, networks, and related technologies.
- Willingness to travel to outlets/projects for on-site support occasionally.
- Availability for stand-by duties after office hours/weekends when necessary.
- Good team player with strong problem-solving skills

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
