**Qualifications**:

- Diploma and above, more than 2 years experience in office admin preferably in the engineering dept/environment.

**Requirements**:

- Good in English verbal communication and written.
- Experience in using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good attitude and hard working

**Job Descriptions**:

- Perform administrative and coordination activities for D&E R&D/engineering teams (total 90 HC).
- Raise PR for purchases from all R&D project teams, request pricing quotation from suppliers and in catalog, follow up the PO issue, part delivery and retrieval and filing of relevant documents.
- Perform entry and prepare documents for shipment of R&D/engineering equipment/parts/items for R&D projects.
- Produce, update and distribute minutes, reports and documents for D&E including R&D projects and special taskforces such as D&E EHS & ISO BMS.
- Admin support and coordination to department internal or external audits, perform filing of documents and engineering/process change order (ECO) entry & submission.
- Perform tracking, documents and reporting for project expenses, equipment/material purchase for meeting R&D/engineering grant documentation needs.
- Coordinate and schedule project meetings, activities and events with internal and external teams.
- Support daily submission of entrance access request, tracking and follow through Security and Management's approvals timely to ensure the compliance of access control process in Innovation Center (cross D&E/COE/IST).
- Support internal and external requests including poster printing, poster preparation and keep track of poster stand borrow/return and storage.
- Maintain/update records, documents for D&E asset/equipment count and tracking.
- Help manage stationery inventory, replenishment and distribution for whole D&E department.
