**Retail Convergence Champion - Enterprise Individual Sales (Uncap Incentive)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify & market outbound sales opportunities within designated market area
- Build and maintain appropriate individual sales pipeline with outbound activities
- Assist in developing leads base for consumer & enterprise
- Establish & achieve sales target, and marketing strategies for the products and/or services sold.
- Maintain a current, competitive knowledge of Maxis products and services to provide assistance to customer in needs.
- Identify and monitor market trends and competitors' action to gain competitive advantage.
- Build rapport with internal and external customer through prompt, courteous, efficient, and professional services.
- Strictly adherence to established sales processes.
- Products training will be provided - e.g. mentor-mentee, 3 months product by Training dept

**Requirement**:

- SPM / STPM / Certificate / Diploma / Degree fresh are welcome to apply
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills
- Sales oriented
- Highly motivated to achieve
