**Job Description / Responsibilities**

1) Monitor and evaluate the efficiency & effectiveness of service delivery methods such as hygiene services, cleaning services, security guard services, indoor and outdoor plants, drinking water, photocopier machines & etc...
2) Oversee the maintenance and troubleshooting of department functions, supervise the work of junior staff.
3) Coordinate, organizes office equipment maintenance, ensures that the office is clean 3 and that each staff member has the necessary supplies. Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers
4) Handle requests, feedback and queries quickly and appropriately
5) Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system for both electronic and physical records
6) Assist manager in conducting archiving activity, internal & external CSR activity yearly
7) Ensure that all corporate or admin policies and procedures are adhered to, discuss, oversee implementation of new, and review current, documentation.
9) Perform various purchasing functions; review and/or prepare bid packages for equipment or supplies; oversee the approval of admin departmental purchase orders.
10) Ensure fixed assets requisition progress and movement monitoring are correctly being captured into system,
11) Plan and monitor tools and equipment movement assigned to the project team, ensure the items are in good condition and always meet the assets' useful lifespan.
12) Tenancy Agreement process included renewal, new requisition and termination requests.
13) Conduct ISO internal and external audit activity twice-yearly
14) Developing strong relationships with cross-functional teams and departments
15) Managing and maintaining all admin department databases
16) Assisting manager in compiling annual budget information and reports with updated and accurate data entry
17) Produce professional-quality reports, presentations and briefs

**Job Specifications / Requirements**

1) Excellent knowledge of MS Office
2) Proficiency in English
3) High level verbal and written communications skills
4) Well developed interpersonal skills
5) Minimum 2 years' working experience at the roles of admin lead
6) Abilitv to stay calm and on-task in high-stress situations
7) Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
8) Ability to work well with all levels across the organization
9) Effective speaking and listening skills
