**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Prepare quotation in system
- Key in sales orders in system
- Organize office meetings
- Responsible for upkeep office facilities and fixtures
- Handles overall general administration in office
- Attend to customer queries and divert them to respective departments
- Filing & documentations

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Possess at least a Diploma in any discipline
- 1-2 years experience in customer service/ administration

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
