Electrical Superintendent

Implement, maintain and improve electrical instruments, equipment for construction purposes Plan and develop work schedules Prepare material and labour estimates Ensure to meet the budgeted guidelines Perform routine, corrective, project and preventive maintenance as assigned/directed by the Project Manager Perform equipment/parts repair, installation and servicing as necessary Perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures Duty may include activities related to preparation or clean-up during emergency situations Provide requests to Procurement for requisitioning new parts and equipment Perform related duties/work as required and/or assigned
