Responsible for all aspects of logistics for the distribution center such as transportation, inbound from other sites in the network, value added activities, storage and outbound processes to the outlets.
- Maintains appropriate control and inventory of Company products/stock.
- Move inventory by scheduling stocks to be moved to and from warehouse, coordinating inventory transfer with related departments or stores or outlets & online orders.
- Investigate, report and solve issues pertaining to stock losses and stock variances.
- Conduct periodical cycle count and regular stock-take to ensure the accuracy of the physical stock.
- Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts, inspecting equipment, issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
- Manage the products including ordering, receiving, price changes, handling damaged products, and returns.
- Investigate any incidents such as discrepancies in deliveries, damaged products, etc.
- Provide support of products, processes, materials and equipment in the Distribution Centre/Warehouse.
- Recommend standard operating procedures and supervise the policies in the distribution center.
- Evaluate and improve all aspects of distribution center processes and logistic arrangement with the goal to improve efficiency while taking into account quality, safety and costs.
- Analyze the production process workflow in accordance with manpower and space requirements plus equipment layout and propose improvement and execute changes when required.
- Ensure timely movement of product throughout the distribution center.
- Takes instruction from Management to update administrative records to ensure material movement history is accurately recorded.
- Build effective business relationships with suppliers, customers, and service providers.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and merchandise mix.
- Any other ad hoc task assigned by the Management.

**Requirements**:

- Must be at least 6 years experience in Warehousing / Logistic or any other related fields
- Basic knowledge in MS Office & Google suite
- Required language : Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
- Able to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and writing
- Good interpersonal, communication, teamwork and continuous improvement skill
- Detailed and committed personalities ensuring product quality by maintaining compliance to the quality policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures.
- Possess own transport & willing to travel
- Willing to work extra hour during Public Holidays
