Provide guidance and resolution for complex employee relations issues, ensuring a fair and respectful work environment.
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints or concerns and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Advise managers on disciplinary actions and assist in preparing necessary documentation.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to identify staffing needs and assist in the selection process for key positions.
- Develop and implement strategies for talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring seamless and effective integration.
- Develop and implement performance appraisal systems and processes that align with company goals and values.
- Provide guidance to managers on setting performance goals, conducting evaluations, and delivering constructive feedback.
- Assist in designing and executing performance improvement plans as necessary.
- Work with leadership to identify training and development needs at both individual and team levels.
- Design and deliver training programs that enhance employee skills, performance, and engagement.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and recommend improvements.
- Stay updated on labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance.
- Develop, review, and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Provide guidance on legal and regulatory matters related to employment.
- Collaborate with the compensation team to ensure competitive and fair compensation structures.
- Assist in designing and implementing employee benefits programs, considering employee needs and company budget.
- Compile and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports for management that highlight key HR indicators and insights.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,100.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend jobs

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Balik Pulau: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Human Resources: 2 years (preferred)
- Recruiting: 2 years (preferred)
- Payroll: 2 years (preferred)
