Trade Marketing

Develop and execute trade marketing strategies that align with Signature Market's overall marketing objectives and business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to develop effective trade marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Develop and manage trade marketing budgets, ensuring that spending is aligned with business goals and ROI is maximized.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to develop effective trade marketing strategies that drive product demand and revenue growth.
- Manage and lead a team of trade marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful execution of trade marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with sales teams to ensure that trade marketing initiatives are aligned with sales objectives and that the sales team has the necessary tools and resources to execute them.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of trade marketing initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to management.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key trade partners and vendors to ensure that Signature Market's products are well-positioned in the market.
- Other duties may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee.

**; Requirements**:
- At least 1 year of working experience in Marketing, FMCG / Corporate / B2B or related industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful trade marketing campaigns.
- Experience in managing a team of trade marketing professionals.
- Knowledge of retail channels, including e-commerce, grocery, and specialty stores.
- Possess good market sentiments and business acumen.
- Possess own car and willing to travel within Klang Valley.
- Malaysian only.
- Female (preferred).
