QA Executive

**CANDIDATE MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL AS THE ROLE REQUIRES FREQUENT OUTSTATION**

Oversee process quality control.

Attend to customer complaints and supplier where necessary (where impacting/ affected by quality issue).

Identify product quality issue daily by reviewing field parts return, conduct root cause analysis, issue NCR, review and release of PPAP (Production Part Approval Process)

Ensure all incoming materials, in-process materials and final product are tested as per documented procedures.

Ensure effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.

Quality administration and manpower planning.

Determining, negotiating and agreeing on in-house quality procedures, standards and specifications.

Lead IQC team, arrange job for QC operator, monitor their performance and maintain the quality of incoming parts.

Specifying quality requirements of raw materials with suppliers as and when required.

Determining, negotiating and agreeing on in-house quality procedures, standards and specifications.

Coordinate with Technical and Engineering team to develop strategies for new products.

Provide engineering support for all activities in product development process, include review BOM, SOP, register of material, register of drawing, storage of master copy and etc.

Analyse data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system.

Handling and control of company ISO QMS9001 documentation

Register for new procedures and form, ensure all documentation meets formal requirements and required standards

Ensure all stakeholder aware of new product and/or changes in products.

Maintain 5S, good housekeeping and discipline, foster a conducive and effective working environment.

To ensure compliance to the company's ISO9001 Standards and Quality Management System at all times

Perform other duties as and when assigned or requested.
