JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Manage information technology and computer systems.
2. Understand all level of employee in company to identify the problem/issue, analyze the needs to change by making recommendation, propose a solution with appropriate technology apply.
3. Plan, develop and define suitable IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes.
4. Constantly monitor and evaluate performance of IT systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure.
5. Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures.
6. Lead IT projects, from design to deployment of new IT systems and services.
7. Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems.
8. Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy.
9. Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions to act promptly in time.
10. Analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs.
11. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to internal IT.
12. Well-equipped knowledge with IT risk management for security measures and prevention.
REQUIREMENT and SKILLS
1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
2. Proven working experience as an IT Manager/ Lead or relevant experience.
3. Proven abilities to communicate with all level of employee in company to identify the problem/issue, analyze the needs to change by making recommendation, propose a solution with appropriate technology apply.
4. Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems.
5. Excellent knowledge of SAP business enterprise.
6. Expertise in data center management and data governance.
7. Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation.
8. Experience leading and managing and deployment of IT infrastructures across various technologies.
9. Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, and phone systems.
10. Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
11. Excellent project management skills and strong ability to prioritize.
12. Good communication skills on both spoken and written.

Since then, R-Logic continuously builds up its technical capabilities, enabling the team to perform up to component level repair of the IT products, such as power supplies, motherboard, fusing assembly of printers, etc. Along with technical capabilities, R-Logic also emphasizes in building a good network with the OEMs of the products. These strong OEMs links not only enable R-Logic to source for originals components, but also to partner with OEMs to transfer the original product repair and testing technology to R-Logic. WIth these strategic factors, R-Logic grows rapidly and constantly seeking ways to provide our customers with value-added services. As a result for today, R-Logic has transform into a service-oriented company with strong technical capability as the foundation, providing value-added services such as RMA management, defective inventory management, technical service center, call-center, etc.
