**Job Title: Plant Supervisor**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the plant during your shift.
- Supervise and manage up to 15 staff members, ensuring productivity and adherence to safety standards.
- Coordinate with the Plant Manager to implement operational strategies and achieve production targets.
- Monitor and maintain the performance of machinery and equipment, ensuring optimal functionality.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance to prevent downtime.
- Handle administrative tasks related to shift operations, including staff scheduling and reporting.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.
- Maintain accurate records of production, maintenance, and staff performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in the oil and gas, pyrolysis, or heavy machinery industries.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Malay, and Burmese language.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a plant setting.
- Experience in oil and gas, pyrolysis, or heavy machinery industries.
- Proficiency in English, Malay, and Bangladeshi languages.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work flexible hours and shifts as required.
