**Responsibilities**:
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files.
- Ensure proper labeling and categorization of documents.
- Assist in photocopying and maintaining copies of important documents.
- Support basic bookkeeping tasks, such as recording expenses and transactions.
- Conduct routine inspections of the site to ensure cleanliness and orderliness.
- Manage the key arrangement and distribution of unit keys.
- Provide administrative support during the VP phase.
- Job Rotation at sites; Alam Perdana, Cybersouth & Bukit Jalil
**Job Requirements**:
- Minimum high school, diploma or equivalent.
- Previous clerical or administrative experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills for filing and documentation tasks.
- Attention to detail for accurate bookkeeping and record-keeping.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate part-time hours and rotation between Alam Perdana, Cybersouth, and Bukit Jalil sites
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: RM80.00 per day

- Monday to Friday
