JOB OVERVIEW

To execute all import & export documentation on timely manner to ensure smooth declaration & pick up / delivery of shipments. To include field operations attending to shipment checking & monitoring as per job assigned by your superior.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Any other job related tasks as assigned by the superior.
- Retrieve documents from customer service team in order to process inbound & outbound shipment in timely manner
- Generate custom form in EDI CUSTOM and update customer service
- Work closely with customer service on required brokerage scope or customers SOP Standard Operating Procedure in managing & excute those shipments.
- To include field operations attending to shipment checking & monitoring as per job assigned by your superior.
- To ensure all shipment being managed & processed in timely manner without fail.

QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in seafreight industry on customs brokerage and operations.
- Knowledge of custom system and customs requirements

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
