Manager, Teleservices

**Responsibilities**:
- Conceptualize/develop the Teleservices strategy including training, scripting, sales forecast, sales target and sales tracking. Identify cross sell and up sell opportunities for value added solutions.
- Conduct market research and analyzing inquiries received, industry trends and developments and work with Department heads & Centre of Excellence team to identify new opportunities for developing a new marketable services/program.
- Work closely with Brand & Comms and Digital team to promote new packages / products on internal/external communications platform whenever product launches.
- Manage and measure team performance. Encourage and motivate team members as they work toward reaching their target.
- Manage tele-consultation and provide training to clinic assistant to ensure they are familiar with the process flow
**Job Requirements**:
- Degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Mass Comm or any other related field.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in customer service/marketing/sales or any other related fields.
- Good command of spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
- Strong sales, analytical, organization, communication and people skills required.
- Ability to work and thrive in a multi-tasked and fast-paced environment.
- Experience in healthcare industry will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
