Bim Modeler

**RESPONSIBILITIES / AUTHORITIES**:

- Responsible for the preparation of drawings according to instruction given by senior designer/design engineer/technical manager/CEO;
- Prepare document control forms for the design output (design calculations, drawings);
- Responsible for the arrangement of the printing of design output (design calculations and drawings), arrange to dispatch design output to client;
- Cross-checking of shop drawings prepared by others.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Technician Diploma/NTC certificate for structural/architectural Engineering/draftsmanship.
- Computer Literacy and able to operate AutoCAD Drafting Software.
- Must have BIM experience
- Must have experience with Revit, Allplan or Tekla
