Beauty Consultant

Here is a description of the job duties and responsibilities of a Beauty Consultant:

- Perform various skin care services
- Recommend appropriate skin care and beauty products based on client's skin type, concerns and goals. Sell products in the salon.
- Clean, sterilize and organize treatment rooms and product inventory. Maintain safe hygiene standards.
- Consult with clients to address beauty needs, concerns, and develop custom treatment plans.
- Perform marketing, manage appointments, provide excellent customer service.
- Continuously upgrade skills through ongoing education in treatments, tools, technologies and new products.
- Comply with regulations from certification boards and ensure client privacy and safety.
- Administrative tasks like payments, record keeping as needed.

The key aspects of this role involve using technical skills, product knowledge and customer service to enhance clients' appearance and well-being.
