HT CERAMICS (M) SDN BHD is a wholly local operating factory which focused on ceramic dipping former production only. Founded in 1993, HT CERAMICS has grown to become one of the established ceramics former manufacturer in the industry. Today, HT CERAMICS stands at the leading edge of producing quality ceramics former to support the local market and also other countries like Indonesia, Thailand, India, Sri Lanka, Mexico, Chile and Brazil. Our production capacity has reached 150,000pcs per month despite the fact that the process is highly labour intensive. To date, we have employed 90 skilled workers and 30 office staffs to engage in the daily operation of the factory. Our products include all types of ceramic former specially for latex dipping process. They are mainly former for making examination, surgical, household and industrial gloves. Our former has various dimensions and surface finishing. In general, we have sizes ranging from size Extra-Large to Extra
- Small. As to surface finishing, we produced glazed, unglazed or mat-glazed formers, smooth or textured formers, finger -tips. Finger or palm textured formers etc. Sometime, we also produce special formers that meet individual customer requirement
