Weighbridge Operator

**Responsibilities**:

- To ensure the smooth operation of the Weighbridge facility.
- Accurately record of incoming/outgoing weights & waste type by vehicle on weighbridge system, complete appropriate documentation and collect driver signatures etc.
- To configure the equipment, loading & operating the machines exercise to the optimum machine capability.
- Responsible for ensuring that all legal obligations and regulations are met.
- Direct traffic coming onto site and operate weighbridge. Prepare and issue weigh scale tickets/RFID card accurately and efficiently and assign dedicated bay numbers
- Check incoming loads, ensure compliance with site license and permitted waste types.
- Immediately report any contamination or non-conforming wastes delivered to site to the superior.
- Report any errors / issues to the weighbridge system to the superior immediately.
- Ensure that the waste report is accurate and charges are made correctly.
- Ensure weighbridge customers are aware of site rules and distribute information and guidance accordingly.
- Compile compliance reports for materials in and out of the site.
- Ensure that the site materials record is kept up to date.
- Comply with all Health, Safety, HR and Environmental policies and procedures.
- Conduct routine cleaning/maintenance on the weigh scales and perform timely quality checks.
- To measure, test, check for mistakes and organize the inventory.
- To adhere to company management system in daily operations.
- Any other related tasks as assign by the management

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in related field
- Attention to details, good problem solving skills

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
