**Innovative Culinary Expertise**:

- Bring fresh perspectives to menu creation and development, aligning with our vision of a digitized kitchen.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to implement cutting-edge techniques and technologies for efficiency and precision.

**Digitalization & Automation Leadership**:

- Assist in leading the charge towards a digitally integrated kitchen, leveraging technology for streamlined operations.
- Explore and implement automation solutions to enhance productivity and quality in food preparation.

**Banqueting Events**:

- Take charge of cooking for special events and banquets, ensuring all dishes meet our high standards and delight our guests.

**Quality Assurance & Cost Management**:

- Uphold impeccable standards of food quality, presentation, and taste, while optimizing costs through smart procurement and portion control.
- Contribute to recipe costing for diverse menus, including à la carte, breakfast, and group/event offerings.

**Team Collaboration & Mentorship**:

- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure seamless operations, fostering an environment of open communication and collaboration.
- Mentor junior chefs, sharing your expertise and encouraging their growth in a digitalized kitchen environment.

**Requirements**:

- Culinary school diploma or equivalent certification.
- Demonstrated experience in a dynamic kitchen setting, with a keen interest in leveraging technology for culinary innovation.
- Passion for driving change and a forward-thinking approach to kitchen operations.
