Responsibilities:
- Promoting quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization.
- Develop, implement, communicate and maintain a quality plan to bring the Company’s Quality Systems and policies into compliance with quality system requirements.
- Effectively interact with Production and Marketing teams to maintain product supply and new products/materials trial.
- Working with purchasing staff to establish quality requirements from external suppliers.
- Ensuring compliance with national and international standards and legislation.
- Ensuring tests and procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated and that product modifications are investigated if necessary.
- Supervising staff in carrying out tests and checks.
- Preparing technical and management systems reports.
- Bringing together staff from different department and driving the group to formulate and agree comprehensive quality procedures.
- Persuading reluctant staff to change their way of working to incorporate quality methods.
- Manage and maintain the Company’s quality inspection and product NCR for incoming and in-process materials, processes and finished goods.
- Formulate and manage the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, procedures and system pertaining to the QA/QC.
- Setting QA compliance objectives and ensuring that targets are achieved.
- Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures.
- Liaising with customers’ auditors and ensuring the execution of corrective action and compliance with customers’ specifications.
- Identifying & establishing relevant quality related training needs and delivery training.
Background/ Experience/ Skill/ Training:
Qualification Experience:
Degree holder and above.
Min 3 years experience in quality manager management
Salary Range: RM4,000~RM6,000
Salary Package will be based on area of expertise and experience.
Skill:
- Good in Leadership & organizing skill.
- Good knowledge of the Packaging Printing Procedure and equipment.
- Good communication and negotiation skill.
- Good motivation skill - ability to motivate others through delegation and negotiation skill.
- Good problem solving skill & Sound decision-making skill
**Requirements**:
- ISO 9001, ISO 22000, ISO 14000 knowledge.
- HACCP, GMP & FSSC22000 preferred.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office.
- Experience in quality system management and audit.
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
