Assist in the daily production and service of food according to the requirements set by The Chef.
- Prepare all ingredients and other items for cooking according to recipes/menu.
- Ensure consistent production of food and deliver quality culinary service
- Monitor stock level of food and inform Chef about the balance of ingredients.
- Inspect and clean food preparation areas, such as equipment and work surfaces, or serving areas to ensure safe and sanitary food-handling practices
- Undertake any other duties and tasks as assigned by Chef.
**Job Requirement**
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related fields is required for this position.
- Must have basic understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
- Must be a team player and have a positive work attitude.
- Must be willing to work on shift including working on weekends and public holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 per month
