Admin Store Assistant

Manage inventory levels, track orders, and organize stock.
- Purchase supplies, negotiate with suppliers, and manage supply chain activities.
- Receive shipments, verify contents, and oversee shipping processes.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and stock transactions, including documentation of receipts, withdrawals, and returns.
- Inspect goods for quality and quantity accuracy.
- Supervise and train staff, delegate tasks, and schedule work assignments.
- Prepare reports on inventory levels, stock movements.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.
- Coordinate deliveries with suppliers and internal teams.
- Implement cost-effective practices to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Handle product returns according to company policies.
- Monitor shelf life and expiry warranty dates of stock items.
- Implement inventory control measures to prevent shrinkage or theft.
