**What is MBCS Academy?**

MBCS Academy aims to hone young talent and create opportunities for deserving students who are unable to pursue higher education post-SPM & STPM. The programme offers full time employment at Mediabrands Content Studio for promising talents to simultaneously gain real-life advertising experience whilst obtaining a diploma/degree with one of our partners - CATS College, INTI International University, Open University Malaysia & Veritas University College.

2. Furnish certified true copies of examination results: SPM (5 credits prerequisite) and STMP (if applicable).

3. Successful applicants will be called upon for an interview with MBCS. Interviews will be held in 2024 on an ongoing basis.

**The journey to MBCS Academy**:
2. The internship at MBCS will be for a period of 6 months, with a stipulated internship salary of RM1,200.

3. At the end of the 6-month internship period, MBCS will undertake an evaluation process. Successful interns will be offered Full-time Employment at MBCS (an agency within IPG Mediabrands Sdn Bhd) with a salary of RM1,500 and a Study Subsidy of RM1,000 to further their education at selected MBCS partner institutions.

4. Full Terms & Conditions of MBCS Academy will be stated in the MBCS Academy Contract. All decisions relating to the award of Employment and Study Subsidy within MBCS Academy are at the discretion of MBCS & IPG Mediabrands Sdn Bhd.
